An Unexpected Meeting With the General (CLOSED | Kyoshiro and Cross Marian)

Aemi had woken up that morning and saw that Devi had already been gone. She thought to herself that she must have already been called down to the Office and sent off on a mission. She got herself out of bed and dressed as she headed down the hallways to see that it was still storming heavily outside. She sighed as she shook her head, knowing that the sight of storms often made her depressed. She tried to shake it off as she walked down to the first floor.

When she had arrived, she saw that there weren't many people in the building today. Many were already sent off on a mission, and it was only a matter of time before someone had sent her to the Chief of the building or one of the Generals. While walking, she looked out the windows with a saddened expression, trying to figure out why it was storming so badly for such a long period of time. It's been almost a month and she hasn't seen much sunlight over the area.

As she walked, she could see that the Great Hall was starting to finish up with their breakfast choices. Had she slept in too long? She pursed her lips as she walked in quickly and ate some of the last minute made food that they had. After cleaning off her plate, she then headed back out into the hallway, awaiting for once again, another boring day.

Kyo had spent most of the day in the grand hall, he had eaten his breakfast way before everyone else, and simply talked abnoxiously to everyone else while they ate. When Aemi enterd, he stared at her from across the room, with an intent glare in his eyes. He followed her outside the grand hall and stopped her by standing in front of her. "Why do you look so glum Aemi?", he said with a serious tone. If there was one thing that tested Kyo's anger was seeing people that looked upset in anyway. He simply went on to talking as if he had never even asked a question, "You look really tired today, which is really strange because im hyper and I just dont understand how someone can be tired when im as hyperd as I am right now!". He continued to ramble on, which was one of his biggest flaws, he would never stop talking unless someone stopped him.

As of lately the General of the European branch had been let off the hook for associating with Allen Walker mostly because of his disappearance but he came back recently, he was gone doing things that he hadn't shared with anyone yet, he figured it was necessary to become stronger, he would in fact admit he was very strong but for the things ahead of them, he was not good enough even with the fact that he was one of the very few Exorcists that actually knew magic. Also as of late, he hasn't been in his chipper moods, mostly because the Order no longer allows him to buy his favorite wine because it is far beyond his budget, he normally liked to site in his office and get drunk with a pretty woman next to him but now he couldn't do that or at least not like he use to which upset him a bit but with his new found powers as well, he seemed to be a bit more gloomy than before and more concerned about whats going to happen in the future, for once in his life he might have actually acted like a real general especially with Allen not around. He had been sitting in his room with his arms up on either side of the back rest of the chair rather comfortably but bored at the same time, he puffed a few times on a cigar while he wore the standard issue Exorcists robes for a general, he thought he looked good in the black laced with gold, especially because he saw himself as a man full of class. With his glasses resting low on his nose as if they had no real use other that to look cool and his hat brim low so that it was hard to see his face while his long red hair came down from the hat which was also laced with gold, he strolled down the mains halls as people would stop to pay their respects to their general he would just not them off and continue walking, he was deep in though and he knew soon that things would become very grim he only hoped that he could prepare the young exorcists for what would be in store for them in the times to come. During his walk he stumbled upon a girl, he knew her but not all to well, he didn't take much time to get to know any of them yet, he knew her name was Aemi and then he saw a boy, he looked familiar as well and a second later he remembered his name was Kyoshiro, he approached the two as one seemed to be dangerously quite as the other couldn't stop talking. He tried to play off as his old self walking up behind Aemi and putting a strong hand on her head almost pushing her down a bit with a wide grin as he looked at Kyoshiro, "Hello children, Shouldnt you be training instead of talking..." He said showing a bit of a gruff demeanor.

Aemi looked at Kyoshiro as he spoke and wondered what made him feel the need to talk to her. She always managed to keep herself away from people to avoid conversation, but she couldn't really help but feel a bit relieved that someone was talking to her. Before she could reply, the sound of a familiar voice she detested was heard as she turned quickly to see General Cross.

She absolutely loathed this man due to how he had treated her as a child when she first arrived to the Order. She tried to keep a straight face when answering his question, but anger started to build up in her mind. "I'm on my way to take a mission actually. So if you don't mind... I'd like to take a break on training."

She hated when he asked her to trained. She would train for hours a day and managed to get to level 3 when she was 16. Wasn't that good enough for him? She was tired of trying to satisfy someone who's never happy with what she's already accomplished.

Kyoshiro stopped talking when the general walked into the room. For some reason he didn't like the idea of training with this man. Most generals are pretty easy going, but Kyo could feel that something was definetly off with this one, he would probably just kill them instead of actually attempting to train him and Aemi. He still felt like doing it though, his innocence was almost a secret to everyone in The Black Order, only those who absolutely needed to see it had even seen his sword out of its sheath.

He looked at Aemi and then over to the general, "I actually dont know either of you that well, but in any case, things are pretty boring around here". His mood changed, he didn't really feel like talking anymore. With the thought of doing something out of the ordinary today, he felt a little suspensful and a little depressed, all he'd done for the past week was talk to other members, he craved some action.

Cross listened to the two children, one disrespectful and the other clearly scared to train with him, this wasnt something that surprised him, he wished there was a much larger threat at the moment, he never got to try out his special form for very long, when he got serious in combat now it was almost like a complete mood change for him, he knew he was dangerous and that was not a problem for him but what annoyed him way Aemi's rudness, he messed her hair up a bit with his hand almost like a childish act to get back at her, he smirked when he did so also, holding his cigar low by his waist. He took his hand off of her head and took a long puff of it as the rather bone like half mask in a phantom of the opera style came over the right side of his face, his expression when blank as he took a step backwards, "I want you children to be prepared for what is coming, there are plenty of strong exorcist here but you are the next generation and we wont always be around to help you, dont count on my idiot apprentice coming to save the day all the time, I havent seen him in a while and I dont know what he is up to which bothers me, just be prepared......" he said as he began to walk off turning his back to them as he walked, he raised a hand in almost a good bye manner, "Ive got paperwork to do~" he said before vanishing down the hall.

The very moment Cross had exited down the hall another came along, a boy the same age as the other two exorcists who had been standing there the whole time, he had a navy blue colored hair which was very spiky and sometimes even pretty messy. He wore his Exorcist cloak with his usual clothes underneath, on his back was a red case that looked like it would hold large scrolls or blueprints of something, this is where he kept his equipment type Innocence, the blue flames he produced were very dangerous especially to Akuma which made him a decently powerful Exorcist. He was about 6 feet tall, he didnt look very muscular but he was not a stick he could hold his own in a matter of strength, he headed over to the two with a light grin as usual, his two sharp canine teeth showing, some people even cracked jokes that he might even be a vampire which he hated because he most certainly was not. As he saw the two he jogged over, "Hey Aemi." he said then glanced over to the other guy, he looked weird to Rin because he was wearing glasses inside, has gazed moved back to Aemi, "Who's this guy? your boyfriend?" Rin said trailing off looking back and forth between the two.

Aemi glared at Cross for a moment when he had talked of Allen being an idiot. She clenched her fists, but managed to keep herself from saying anything stupid. She simply held her breath until he took his leave. She then sighed as Rin came up and she waved at him awkwardly. She listened to what he said and her eyes widened with embarassment as she glared.

"No! I hardly know the guy!" she spoke defensively as she crossed her arms, "And what are you doing here? I thought they sent over half the exorcists on a long term mission. Are you one of them staying behind?"

Kyoshiro took a sigh of relief when General Cross took his exit, he was relieved that he wouldn't be doing anything that even remotely involved that guy. However, as soon General Cross left, another guy, one he'd never seen before, jogged up to him and Aemi. For a while he listend to what he was saying, but then, all noise just turned to a dull murmur, he caught sight of this guys mouth, his teeth were wierd, fang-like, almost like a vampire. Kyo thought that maybe his ability had something to do with his teeth and how lame that would be, or maybe he was just a freak and had a set of vampire fangs, or maybe he was obsessed with Vampires and sharpend them purposely, he chuckled slightly at this thought.

Whatever the case, Kyo had to find out, so he pointed his sheathed sword directly at the man's face and mummerd, "Hey". He understood that pointed his sword at a total strangers face probably wasn't the kindest thing to do, it was probably the rudest and the strangest for that matter. It didn't really bother him though, he was used to doing akward things in the spur of the moment. "What's up with your teeth? Are you some kind of vampire or somethin? Or do you purposely sharpen your teeth?", he fired one question after the other, badgering him until he got an answer.
