Personality: Makai Kasai is a very calm and collected individual. Makai's face is always in a neutral position making it impossible to read his movements. He speaks in a monotone voice preferring not to show any sort of emotion. He enjoys being by himself and dislikes noise. Makai can switch from his cold nature to a violent one when he is disturbed by loud noise. he hates crowds and prefers to be by himself. His eyes hold no emotion in them making it look as if you’re looking into a sea of darkness a frightening experience for most. His voice is cold enough to send shivers up your spine and cover you in goose bump. He will not talk to others only when it is needed often just sitting by himself reading.

In battle however he is a brutal killer showing no mercy to his foes. He will kill every last one of them in an instant with no hit of remorse. He will coat himself in blood and despite the injuries he will suffer he will continue on having grown accustom to pain and his injuries to the point he rarely feels anything. In battle at the first sign of blood the bloodlust will over power him and he will rush in laughing like a demon slaughtering his enemies if his comrades get in his way from the bloodlust he won't recognise them and will end up killing them by mistake.

Makai is an 8 foot tall male his eyes are blood red with black snake like slits inside for pupils. His skin is pale white, whiter than even snow. He has an athletic build but with broad shoulders and muscle but not to much. He has numerous tattoos across his body along with scars and burns. His entire body is covered in a large number of scars made from numerous bladed weapons; he has scars from whips along with burn marks that never healed. His hair is pitch black and spiked reaching his ankles when let down but he wears it in a high ponytail so it reaches mid back

Makai wears a long black battle robe that covers his hands. He has a long black high collared cloak over the top. He wears long black trousers. He carries his three scythes across his back to help for endurance, speed and strength training. Makai carries numerous hidden weapons on him from simple knives to chains. He has two holsters on each leg containing shuriken and kunai knives. He has three belts around his waist with pouches at the back containing various poison bombs, smoke bombs and flash bombs along with medical supplies.

The first of Makai's scythes is large 8 foot scythe with a blade on each side back to back. The blades are around 5 foot long are and crimson red. The handle it pitch black. Both the handles and blades are made of titanium making them difficult to break not impossible but improbable. A long titanium chain is attached at the end of the scythe around 15 metres long. Along the design of the handle is a blood red Chinese dragon its mouth wide open. The scythe is incredibly heavy and only very few can carry it the first scythe is known as Desusaizu (Death Scythe). Makai's next scythe is a 4 foot scythe with a grey handle and a black blade made of titanium as well known as Tenbatsu (Damnation). On the back of the scythe opposite its 5 foot blade is a small blade around thirty centimetres in length, The scythe has a 15 metre chain wrapped around it made of titanium as well. Makai final scythe is the Jigoku no Shinzoku. The scythe is 5 foot long the handle pitch black with a bone like design wrapped around its edge shaped like someone’s spike. A skull at the top with a blade coming out the back of the skull the skulls eyes blood red. Attached to the end of the scythe is a long black 15 metre chain

Weapon Abilities: Makai's scythe has its innocence infused with the core of the weapon giving it the odd ability to generate raw powered electricity. When his scythe generates this electricty Makai will be able to channel it into his own body for his own techniques or use whats in his scythe to hone it into a hiogh powered attack.

Your app is impressive, but I found some major things we're in need of fixing.

We already have the exceeded amount of parasitic anti-akuma weapons, and so I'm afraid I must ask that you change your weapon to equipment. As for it being based on illusions, I find it highly unlikely for someone to have innocence like that, when the actual purpose of innocence is for its power throughout the weapon must touch the akuma to destroy it, which means it must be attached to the user of the innocence. If it were to detach itself into an illusion, that would most likely cause yourself to either die or grow sickly from innocence withdrawals.

When an exorcist uses innocence that is parasitic, their weapons cannot have any powers; they can only be a blade or gun. It seems highly unlikely that you have an indestructible weapon that would have no significant meaning. As for being apart of the devil's soul, that is impossible for the story line, and will not be allowed, due to high amounts of power that are just not needed and seem to be far-fetched for D. Gray-Man.

Exorcists who have parasitic innocence are not allowed to combine with a weapon, because there's no possible way to do so. A weapon cannot enhance someone's parasitic innocence, and since parasitic type is currently at its exceeded amount, and illusion-based innocence is impossible, these powers will not be allowed.

As for the tattoos, I'm not allowing them to hold any special meaning, because there doesn't seem to be any recognition within D. Gray-Man that shows that there are such thing as "Magic Tattoos" unless it is within dark matter of a Noah or an Akuma. To be a General or Critical Point Breaker exorcist, you can only use the power of a weapon, martial arts, and tactics. There are no demons in the D. Gray-Man world, unless you refer to Akuma, because the Millennium Earl pretty much takes the place as the Devil, with his army of pawns.

These are the key things that need to be changed, and will not be accepted on the site, so once these are changed, please inform me so I can look at your application once again. :)
