Noa strolled down the cobble stone streets, he wore a plaid military cap, with a two metal rings attached to the left side. Alongside his plaid cap is a plaid-colored, long-sleeved, collared shirt. Noah also wears a white tank top that is worn beneath an opened black, open-collared jacket. He also wears black pants and shoes. He has two necklaces of different lengths; the longer one has a crystal-like red color and the shorter necklace appears to be similar to a dog tag necklace. Noah appears to have several belts strapped around his upper body, over his white tank top but under his jacket. He has two belts strapped around his right thigh and two strapped around his lower left leg. He has the Book of Eibon strapped to the left of his waist. Over top of all this he wore a matching plaid cloak similar to what Sherlock Holmes would wear, Noah was a very intelligent man and he dressed accordingly. He walked down an alleyway and took a sharp turn and opened a wooden door that looked like it hadn't been used in ages, He walked in and closed it behind him, once it was closed he took the tip of his left index finger and poked the center of the door as it started to glow, there seemed to be a ripple of light emitting from his finger as he touched it then in an instant it was gone. He opened the door again but when he opened it, it did not lead back out into the alley way but it revealed a long dark staircase that lead down into the ground, this staircase was forged of magic along with the whole entire base, it was so far beneath the earth, it would be almost impossible to sense their magic presence even if you stood directly over top of the base. He descended the long staircase which led to another door which he knocked on, a slid in the middle of the door opened and a pair of eyes peeked out and looked at him and with a joyous voice Noah hear, "NOA-SAMA IS BACK EVERYONE!" which was followed by applause as the door opened wide. Noah Grinned as he stood in the doorway looking at all of his followers, at the moment they were in very few number but soon the mages would rise under his command. Everyone broke up into groups as they talked and debated, Noah went over to a food table where he decided to get something to eat.
