Time Unspoken Between Two Noah

Road had been sitting at the large table of the Millennium Earl's castle for several hours now, looking around in silence as she read her book. None of the Noah had been to the castle, for they had been sent on missions to scatter the Akuma across the world, and were not to return until doing so successfully.

Road was rather frustrated; she had helped Allen escape from the prison that he was in, and he had disappeared afterward. She had not known where he had gone and was beginning to worry... not for him, but for what was within him. The 14th.

She sighed, looking around as she saw Lero in the corner, staying still and silent, which was unusual for the most part, but he has been doing it more often so since the Earl has been absent in his depart. No one seems to know where he has gone... except for Road at least. She sat there continuing to read her book as she then heard a small noise of footsteps in the hall down by the doors. She stopped, narrowing her eyes.

Neah lay in a ally way in japan as he rested inside a cardboard box he had made into his temporary home. He panted hard a few times as he slowly crawled out of the box and stood on his two feet. "Man i can't believe how low I have sunk i think its time for some better accommodations." Neah went into the box and pulled out a suitcase and picked it up. Neah then closed his eyes and made a white ark gate appear but it had no number on it so it couldn't be traced. He walked through the gate and appeared inside a large castle structure.

He was home at last. Well not his home but the millennium earls home but he did live in this castle with him for a long time. Neah had the gate close behind him and crumple into pieces as he slowly walked around the halls of the castle. He opened a door and low and behold it was a bathroom. Neah quickly went in and quickly got a shower. after a quick shower Neah changed out of his old ratty clothes and changed into his old clothing. He put on the coat and smiled as he changed from his human form into his noah form. He left the bathroom and began walking down the hall way and noticed a light was on. Neah opened the door slowly but stood in the darkness of the castles hallway and low and behold inside was road Kamelot. Neah smiled as he spoke softly as if he then said "Its been a long time road how are you?"

Road had listened closely to the sound of the footsteps in the hallway. She then slowly saw two darkened hands peer over the door as a familiar voice had spoken... one she had not heard in such a long time. Her eyes widened to the sound of their voice as she immediately turned, but tried to keep a calm complexion.

"...Neah Walker?" her voice was slightly confused as she then narrowed her eyes to him, seeing if it was really him... or if it was Allen. Her first usual impulse was to jump on him in excitement, but she had not heard Allen use Neah's voice in forever, so it had confused her. She breathed in as she stood up, walking closer, but keeping a distance all the same. "...Is that really you?" she tilted her head. Something wasn't quite right... something was different. How in the world could Neah have escaped from Allen's body?

Neah slowly moved forward into the lit room. Each step he took brought his body from the dark halyway itnto the lit room. Neah finally stepped inside the room and placed the suitcase down on the floor. Neah Ran his fingers back through his hair as he opened his eyes and revealed the noahish smile on his face. "Yes road its me Im finally back and free." Neah walked slowly over to road when suddenly he stopped his eyes widend as if his body was in pain as he fell to the floor panting and breathing heavily. he thought to himself 'i shouldn't of come my body's still to weak since the separation.'

When Neah had stepped into the room, Road watched, still unsure what to say or do... that is until he had spoken, followed by falling to the floor. She immediately gasped as she ran toward him, kneeling down next to him as she put a hand to his chest, "Are you alright?!" she asked in a distressed tone.

She wasn't quite sure what had happened, or why she was acting the way she was. She once again acted on impulse, without thinking of what she would usually do in a situation like that... then again, she always did that for Allen. Simply because she knew that he contained Neah, and now there he stood, right in front of her in the flesh.

Neah took in a few deep breaths and felt roads hand on his chest. His heart almost skiopped a beat. It had been a long time since road touched him. The pain inside neah began to dissipate slowly as he placed his right hand on roads hand that was on his chest. "Yeah I'm alright road I'm just a little weak from the separation is all I need.... I need to sit down." Neah shakily got up and began to walk slowly over to a couch that was near the fireplace. Neah fell down on his back onto the couch and closed his eyes and panted slowly.

"That Blasted Apocryphos he did more damage to me then I thought." Neah pulled his arm ouf of his coat and opened the sleeve. the inside of his arm was tightened and the skin and veins tightened together and formed the words Innocence. "Uhh when i get my full strength back I'm going to beat him to death." Neah closed his eyes slowly as the memory of the event replayed inside his mind. He was still trapped inside allens body at the time but allen had a second meeting with Apocryphos while he was on the run. Neah shook his head and returned to reality and looked up at road. "Your still as pretty as ever road." Neah placed his left hand on the side of roads face and pet it gently.

Road watched as Neah had gotten up onto the couch and sat down. She moved next to him to make sure that he'd be okay, since he seemed to be abnormally weaker than usual. She sat and listened to what he had to say... she did recall that Apocrophos coming multiple times... he hurt her pretty bad in the past.

As Neah's hand brushed against her cheek, she couldn't help but blush quiet brightly as she looked down awkwardly. She wasn't used to it for some time, because of how long Neah had been away. She laughed awkwardly before speaking, "Ahaha, well thank you... you look nice yourself..." she still felt sheepish for saying such a silly thing.

Neah sighed as he stopped petting the side o f roads face. He needed to concentrate on getting the innocence out of his body and heal up. He placed his arm down placed his hand over were the words innocence were written into his skin and veins. Neah closed his eyes and began to concentrate on trying to flush the innocence out of his body. His right arm began to retract in tightness were the words were. It was no good though that was the most he could do now in his weakened state. Neah smiled as he opened his eyes and found road to be blushing deeply at his comment. "Im sure I look a mess."

Neahs stomach gave a loud and long growl in hunger as he blushed a little bit in embarassment. One thing he got from the merger was allens appetite. "Sorry about that road hehe." Neah buttoned up his arm and placed his white gloves back on as he slowly stood up. Thats when he noticed lero in the corner. "Odd lero is awfully quiet usually you cant get him to shut up haha." Neah patted road on her head happily as he tried to get up but to no avail as he fell back onto the couch.

Road watched as he tried to concentrate the innocence out from his body and narrowed her eyes, tilting her head once more, "...couldn't you try destroying it...? Or turn it into dark matter?" she had asked. And soon after, he had spoken about not looking very good, which she disagreed heavily.

When his stomach growled, she let a little giggle fall from her lips as she looked around to the large table. She saw him try to get up, but seemed to be too weak to walk much and sat back down. Road got up quickly as she walked over to the table and picked up a plate full of fresh food, bringing it over to him, "The maids had just made it already, so it's still warm..." she spoke quietly, looking over to Lero, "And yes... he's been quite... depressed ever since Lennie left."

Neah sighed as road asked him a question. "I could if i wasnt so weak from the seperation i just need rest and some good food and ill be back to normal in no time." Neah sniffed the air and caught the scent of food in the room. His stomach growled once again as road left his side and came back with a plate of warm food. Neah almost succumed into a allen walker feeding frenzy as he looked at the food but he kept it at bay and at the food in a dignified manner.

Neah finished the food that was on the plate withing minutes. it had helped but he was still hungry. "Uhh man the downside to the seperation is ive got allens appetite now mind telling the maids to bring in some potatoes graton some french fries ans some rice pilaf, Mambou tofu, meat stew,meat pies and carpachio,and fried rice oh and some fired chicken, a salad and some sconnes, korean barbecue, tomka soup,and white rice and for dessert ill have mango and sticky rice and order of mitarashi dango........ Oh make that 20 of the dangos hehe." Neah smiled happilybut felt alittle sadness for lero. "Yes lennie has been gone for some time ive been trying to find him but no luck not that it would be good for me in my present condition."

Road listened to the long list of food with wide eyes, amazed that he could eat so much. She immediately looked to the maid in the other side of the room, narrowing her eyes as she nodded quickly and the maid ran out of the room. Road then nodded when Neah had spoken about the Earl. No one seemed to know where he was... other than herself of course. She wasn't to leak that information though.

She stayed quiet for a moment as she simply sat on the couch, looking around. She felt slightly awkward again, mostly since she just didn't know what to say or do. It's been quite some time since she had seen him and she still couldn't think of anything to say.

Neah chuckled as roads eyes widened in amazement at his long order of food he had just requested. "Well i haven't eaten in a few days either so thats also why i ordered such a large serving of food." Neah slowly began to move up from the couch into a sitting position and sighed as he finally stood up straight. He looked at road and placed his hand on the top of her head and ruffled her hair affectionately. "you wouldn't happen to know were the earl is would you road or know when he will return?" Neah moved his hand from roads head and placed it on roads shoulder and pulled her in for a gentle side hug as he awaited for her response. "Out of all the family i have missed you the most road not a day went by when i was in allen when i wasn't thinking about you."

Road blushed when she had heard this from him. When his arm had gone around her, she tried not to look too red, so she looked away at first. When he had asked about the Earl just then... her eyes slightly widened, but not enough to be very noticeable. She averted his contact at first, pursing her lips as she sighed.

She shook her head as she began to speak, "...No... I haven't heard from him since he disappeared and he never spoke of where or why he has left. Some of the Noah believe he died... I don't think he did though," she spoke quietly and seriously to avoid suspicion. For the most part, her words were quite believable. She was very good at lying.

Neah Smiled as he watched road blush. Road was always cute but when she blushed she was so adorable well at least neah thought that. He Let go of road from the hug sighed happily. It was good to be back inside. Those days on the streets were long and cold. Neah lookeda t road as she shook her head and told him her answer about not knowing were the earl had gone. "Oh...... really thats very interesting road Well since the earl is gone i think the clan should have a new leader and i think i will take up that role since i was on equal terms in power when i fought against him so many years ago thats if i have your support road."

Neah flexed his fingers and closed his eyes and tried once again to rid his body of innocence. His right arm began to lessen in tightness and the words innocence began to fade slowly then stopped until it was just faint enough but yet still noticeable. "Hmm i think after i eat i might finally be able to fully heal were are those maids at?"

As soon as Road would try to reply, she then saw as the maids came in holding huge platters of food. They set them down on the table quickly and Road laughed slightly, "Well... It only seems appropriate to talk about this after you eat," she nodded as she got herself up. She looked at the food to make sure that everything was there and then looked to him and pulled out a seat, "Everything looks to be in order. Enjoy all of your feast," she laughed.

Neahs nose twitched as he took in the smell of food. His stomach growling louder than before . He almost drooled at the sight of the feast. But neah calmly took back his composure and grabbed the french fries and some fried rice and began eating happily. Nweah began eating faster and faster but he was trying to keep himself dignifiged as he gorged on plate after plater of the delicious food. Neah finally got to the dangos an began sliding them down into his mouth and eating them happily and quickly. Neah nearly chokeon one of the dango but quickly patted it down and took a long swig of water to be sure. Neah grabbed the last dessert and ate it happily. All the plates stacked up neatly as he wiped his mouth clean of the food.

Neah held back a burp and yawned. "Ahh thats much better now im starting to feel like my old self again. Neah flexed his right arm and watched as the innocence finally was fully purged from his body. In fact he actually felt at full power. Neah Cracked his neck to the sides a few times and stood up he looked as the maids cleared the room of the plates. He stood up and stretched to the sides. "So road what do you say how about it me running the clan and the akuma and you by my side. I will always be by your side road and i did make a promise that i would come back and i have."

Road watched as he ate all of his food, amazed that a stomach so small could hold so much food... it really made no sense to her, but she decided not to question it. She breathed in a she waited for him to finish, looking around and eying the maids to dismiss themselves. As they left the room, she noticed that Neah had finished.

When he had then spoke about being the leader, Road bit her lip uneasily. She looked around and thought to herself, conflicting her feelings for him to her feelings about him being leader while the Earl is way. It was true that he was equal to the Earl in power... so if he did come back... could he defeat him? And then she wouldn't feel guily for betraying the Earl.

She sighed, looking around "You... You know how much I'd love it if you were in power... but the Earl..." she couldn't bring herself to finish. She knew the Earl would have her head. She knew he'd have to persuade her... but since it would Neah, it'd be easy.

Neah turned and looked at road a smile on his face. I know road but i finalyl have the upper hand this time." Neah smiled and snapped his fingers. A ark gate opened with a question mark on the side. Neah reach his hand in and pulled out what appeared to be allens crown clown sword. It looked exactly like it except it wasn't innocence though . Neah shut the ark gate and placed the sword infront of him. "In our last battle i injured him very deeply and it still hurts him to this day i know i can still feel it."

So road will you stand by my side for old times sake and if the earl comes ack i will kill him this time and thats a promise." Neahs Smiled and waited for road to touch his hand. "I will not allow the earl to hurt you you are my most precious thing in this world now that.....Mana is gone." Neah placed the sword against the wall and caressed the side of roads face with his free hand lovingly and gently.

When Road had opened the ark door, she watched, slightly smirking at the fact that he was once again at full strength. She knew no problem that he'd definitely try to go against the Earl, whether she agreed or not... and since it was like an oath he had made that he'd kill him, she knew he most likely prevail. She watched as he then spoke again about how the Earl hurting him and her being precious, and she blushed once more. And as his hand brushed against her cheek, her eyes slightly widened again as she stared at him, unsure what to say.

"I..." she struggled to let words escape her lips. She breathed in as she looked down again. Charming as he was, she wondered if he was just saying this to win her over until he becomes a leader, or if he actually meant it. For as long as she remembered, she always craved to be by Neah's side, not only as his ally... but even more... but she tried to shake it off as she continued averting his eyes. "...I don't understand..." she was still confused by why she was who was most precious.

Neah smiled as he ran his fingers through her hair gently while caressing the side of her face. "Oh my dear road i know that you have had feelings for me yet i did not return them and now i realize that mistake and i should of told you how i felt before I was gone for so long and for that im sorry." Remember when you told allen that family was important to you the most inside the white ark after allen hurt tykki very badly well i feel the same way." Neah placed one hand on roads waist and slowly dipped her as he stared in to her eyes.

Neah then slowly leaned in and pressed his lips against roads and gave her a soft gentle kiss. he pulled back and said "I love you road!" neah then raized her back up on her two feet as he gave road a lovign embrace. Neah could feel his stomach unknot as he finally got the chance to confess his true feelings for road. It felt like a large weight had been lifted from him.

As Neah moved his hand through her hair, she shuddered slightly as tingles were sent down her back. As he then spoke about her feelings for him, she couldn't help but watch him in silence, because she wasn't sure what to say. He then moved her in and dipped her down as he stared at her. She still couldn't find words to say as her face flushed even more. She pursed her lips for a moment as he then slowly moved in.

Many thoughts were rushing through her head at that moment, but the only thing that seemed to make its way through was that she was longing for this moment. She closed her eyes slightly as she moved in as well, kissing Neah back gently as she awaited for him to pull back. As he then said that he loved her, she laughed slightly, feeling a weight off her shoulder as well as she still was somewhat speechless. Neah..." was the only thing that she managed to get out from that moment as he held her up into an embrace.

Neah stroked te side of road sface as he smiled at her expression. "I will alwayys look out for you road speaking of which i have something for you." Neah reached into his pocket and pulled out a large red lollypop and handed it to road. "Its not much but i remeber how much you liked lollypops." Neahs cheeks blushed a little as he kissed her on her forehead one more time and stared at the fireplace. "Road please will you stand by my side as i rule the family i need your support but what i need most iss your love." neah picked road up and gave her a playful spin and set her back down on the couch.
